Marcie Audrey Birdsong, age 70, of Cadiz, Kentucky, passed away Monday, October 31, 2022, in Cadiz.
Born October 29, 1952, in Hopkinsville, Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late Roy Joe Cook and Daisy Back Cook. She had worked as a CNA at Shady Lawn and also at Elk Brand Manufacturing. She enjoyed crocheting, working crossword puzzles, and hanging out with friends at the Senior Citizen's Center. Marcie was a member of Delmont Baptist Church in Cadiz.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brother, Bobby Cook and sister, Jo Nell Hudson.
She is survived by her husband, Everett Birdsong of Cadiz; sons, Andy (Heather) Wiegand and Brian Wiegand, both of Cadiz; four grandsons, Mackenzie Wiegand, Roy Andrew Wiegand, Morgan Dawson, Ethan Scott Wiegand; brother, Jimmy Cook of Hopkinsville; sister, Mary Agnes Crick of Nortonville, Ky.; and sister-in-law, Nancy Cook of Crofton, Ky.
Arrangements are being handled by Goodwin Funeral Home, 138 Main Street in Cadiz, where the family will receive friends from 11:00 a.m. until the memorial service hour of 1:00 p.m., Saturday, November 5, 2022, with Rev. John Mitchell officiating.

Hylan Hale Hall, age 77, of Henderson, KY passed away Monday, October 31, 2022 in Evansville, Indiana after a short illness.
He was born in Eddyville, KY on October 10, 1945 to the late Harold Clifton Hall and Dorothy Elizabeth (Stone) Hall. The fourth of seven children.
He was a former member of Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church before moving to Henderson and attending various churches there. Hale was a passionate fan of the Kentucky Wildcats, enjoyed watching Big 10 Football, and loved to fish whenever possible. Like all good Southerners, he loved fried chicken and fried fish, particularly if it was cooked by his brother Harold Hall. He joined the U.S. Navy with one of his best friends, the late Bro. Mickey Lewis, but Hale’s service was brief. He was retired and had lived in the Henderson area for many years where he made many friends.
Hale is survived by his children: Lisa Agney-Kennedy and wife, Dawn of Grosse Pointe Park, MI; Tony Hall of Hopkinsville, KY; Clifton Lee Hall and his partner, Patricia Hoover of Henderson, KY; and Christopher Hall and his partner, Melissa Rivera of Fort Myers, FL. He will be mourned by his siblings Mary Ramey and husband, James of Cadiz, KY; Harold Hall and wife, Barbara of Eddyville, KY; Linda Sandefur and husband, Henry of Evansville, IN; and Kathi Carroll and husband, Larry of Eddyville, KY. He had 10 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. He leaves behind many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Hale was preceded in death by his two sisters, Elizabeth Stone and Jewell Goodman, and a daughter, Tammy Stamps.
Visitation will be held from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm Thursday, November 10, 2022 at Morgan’s Funeral Home with the Funeral beginning at 1:00 pm. The funeral services will be conducted by his niece, Sherry Choate and nephew, Jordan Carroll. Burial will follow at Pleasant Hill Baptist Cemetery in Eddyville, KY.

Linda Smith, age 84, of Kuttawa, passed away October 31, 2022 at Landmark of Kuttawa. She was born December 5, 1937 to the late Oscar Print and Elma Lilly Morton McReynolds in Murray. Linda was a member of Chestnut Oak United Methodist Church and was a retired dental assistant. She loved cooking for her family and shopping.
She is survived by two daughters, Cindy (Danny) Dunn of Paris, TN, Teresa (Andy) Kimbro of Kuttawa; one son, Mike McPherson of Kirksey, KY; one brother, Harold McReynolds of Murray; three grandchildren, Whitney (Shannon) Oliver, Jason (Tonya) Parrish and Suzanne (Roger) Hale; five great-grandchildren, Stella Oliver, Will Parrish, Matt Parrish, Jayden Rollins and Keagan Jo Rollins and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, James "Jug" Smith; two sisters, Faye Orr and Evon Wilson; four brothers, Charles, Joe Pat, Ace and Elwood McReynolds; one half-sister, Cloteill Henley; two half-brothers, Hafford and Arvis McReynolds; granddaughter, Meagan Jo Parrish.
Visitation will be held from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm Friday, November 4, 2022 at Lakeland Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm Friday, November 4, 2022 at Lakeland Funeral Home with Pastor Eric Kelleher officiating. Burial will follow at Chestnut Oak Cemetery in Kuttawa.

Nicholas Andrew Clifford Klauke, 27, of Eddyville KY, passed away on October 29, 2022 after a long and brave battle with cancer.
Nick was born on June 5, 1995, to Michael and Wendy Klauke in Windsor Ontario Canada. Nick Studied at both University of Kentucky and University of Alabama Huntsville and graduated with a Bachelor of Computer Science in 2019.
Nick began his battle with cancer during his senior year of university but still managed to graduate with Honors. After graduating, Nick started a job with Ricardo Defense on the Redstone Arsenal. His career was cut short when his disease returned.
Nick loved the outdoors, travel, wakeboarding and of course, computers and gaming. In his last two years he travelled extensively and lived his life to the fullest visiting Europe several times and across the United States extensively.
Nick is survived by his mother, Wendy Klauke, father, Michael Klauke, his brother Harland Klauke and his sister-in- law Amanda Klauke (nee Dowell).
A funeral Mass will be held at St Mark Catholic Church in Eddyville Ky on Thursday, Nov 3, 2022, at 1:00 pm, followed by interment in Rolling Hills Cemetery in Eddyville. Lakeland Funeral Home in Eddyville is in charge of arrangements.

Vickie Boyd, 73 of Princeton passsed away Thursday, October 27, 2022 at Bradford Heights Nursing & Rehab Center in Hopkinsville. She was born July 24, 1949 in Caldwell County to the late Buel McPherson and Mary Beatrice Jackson McPherson. She enjoyed card games with her family and playing computer games. Vickie retired from deputy jailer in Caldwell County.
She is survived by one daughter, Penny Clark (Lee Adams) of Princeton; one sister, Debbie Walker (Billy) of Murray; two brothers, Eddie McPherson (Libby) of Bowling Green, Ricky McPherson of Humboldt, TN; six grandchildren, Brandi Travis (Dustin), Carrie Adams, Amy Adams, Jesse Adams (Cassie), Leslie McCoy and T.J. McCoy; several great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Vickie was preceded in death by her sons, Ronnie "Rowdy" McCoy and Terry Shane Boyd; one sister, Patricia Hale.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 31, 2022 from 11:00 AM until service time at 12:30 PM at Morgan's Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held Monday, October 31, 2022 at 1:00 PM at Fairview Cemetery in Caldwell County with Rev. Bobby Noel officiating.

Mr. Kenneth Ray Tubbs, age 85, of Kuttawa and formerly of Dawson Springs, passed away on Saturday, October 22, 2022 at Landmark of Kuttawa. He was a former Welder/Foreman in manufacturing and attended Lebanon Baptist Church.
Mr. Tubbs was born August 27, 1937 in Marshall Co. to the late Milburn Thomas Tubbs and Letha Faye Joyce Tubbs. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his first wife, Jean Tubbs; second wife, Jeanette Tubbs; brother, Eugene Douglas Tubbs; one grandson, Kyle Le Johnson.
Survivors include his wife, Shirley Williams Tubbs of Kuttawa; four daughters, Deborah Jean (Russell) Johnson of Hopkinsville, Cynthia (William) Robertson of Herndon, Kimberly Joyce Keeling of Hopkinsville, Carla Rene (Bill) Tribbitt of Bowling Green; two sons, Stephen Ray (Rhonda) Tubbs of Madisonville, Robert Louis (Kathy) Tubbs of Hopkinsville; two step sons, James Robert Holley, IN, Keith Williams of Kuttawa; brother, Albert (Jane) Faye Tubbs of Mayfield; twelve grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation for Mr. Tubbs will be held on Monday, October 24, 2022 from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm at Morgan's Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be at 1:00 pm Monday, October 22, 2022 at Morgan's with Bro. Mike Boyd officiating. Burial to follow in Rosedale Cemetery in Dawson Springs.
